What you'll need:
- Microwaveable Glass
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate for melting
- Large Marshmallows
- Lollipop Sticks
- Butter Knife
- Parchment Paper
- Various Toppings (I have coconut shreds, candy cover chocolate, sliced hazelnuts, pink sugar sprinkles and crushed toffee)
Place your chocolate into the microwave safe glass. Microwave in 20 second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted. If needed add a bit of milk to thin out the chocolate.
Poke the lollipop stick about three quarters of the way through the marshmallow.
Dip the lollipop into the chocolate, you can use the butter knife to scrape off any excess chocolate or to create a thinner layer.
Now it's time to decorate!
Place your decorate lollipops into the fridge for about 15 minutes just to solidify the chocolate.
See how simple that was? Now it's time to eat them up.
I made 64 Marshmallow pops for about $15 with ingredients to spare. Evens out to about 25 cents each. Of course depending on what type of toppings you choose the price can go up or down a few cents.
